and/or care, transportation cost to and/or from any type of health care
provider or lab, lodging for any health issues or health related issues,
food expenses or funeral expenses. WMTFF is not responsible for damage
or loss to any personal gear or vehicles. All clients of WMTFF WILL BE
responsible for ALL damage caused to any gear owned by WMTFF. Clients
will be required to sign a wavier prior to a planned event whether on land
or in the water. Clients (customer(s), visitor(s), paying customer(s),
paying client(s), party, parties) agree to forfeit any right to file a
lawsuit against WMTFF and any public, private, local, state or federal
agency. For anglers, WMTFF does not guarantee any fish will be caught
as there are many factors that figure into angling success. We do
though guarantee that each angler will be placed on quality waters we have
successfully fished ourselves and scouted through the years.
Definitions:
Guest, Client, Clients, visitor, visitors, paying customer(s), paying
client(s), party, parties, may be used interchangeably but refer to the same
person or persons. WMTFF and WMTFFMTG represent "Wild Mountain Trout
Fly Fishing" and "Wild Mountain Trout Fly Fishing and Mountain
Guide" and "Wild Mountain Trout Fly Fishing and Mountain Guide of
Virginia", "Mountain Photography" or Virginia Smallmouth.
