NIGHT HIKING:
           .............Dark Hollows .... Erie sounds ... Deep Ridges ... Moonlit Shadows .. Fleeting Wildlife ... Bright Visible Milky Way .... a Ghost .... could it be the "Twilight Zone" or the "Outer Limits"?

Most of us have enjoyed a normal, daytime hike.  Few though have ever experienced a NIGHT HIKE in the mountains. Below is what we will spy:

* Listen for night sounds
* Stalk and explore distant sounds
* Explore the night life
* Discover the Milky Way
* See wildlife using lights
* Feel the unique stillness of the dark forest
* Listen & explore life in the rushing streams, ponds or lakes
* Experience the spookiness of the dark or moonlit hollows
* Enjoy the cooling, quite air

This is some of the fun you have on Night Hikes in the mountains.

In warm weather the night mountain air cools and provides natures natural air conditioning.  In the cooler months the cold air is refreshingly crisp and invigorating.

Try something new. Try something different. Try a night hike.  You never know, along with the distant screeching of an Owl, there might even be a ghost. Season and Rate Schedule Below.
